Directions to Abbeylands
From M25 J11, take A317 – St. Peter’s way towards Woking.
At roundabout turn left onto A320 – Guildford Road.
At next roundabout (Otter pub in front of you) turn left onto B3121 – Murray Road.
This then becomes Spinney Hill. Go over the top of the M25 – church on your left.
Take 1st left after church into School Lane - Abbeylands school is 100 yards on left.
