Nutrition Fact Sheet - Fuelling and cooling of junior athletes.
Recipes for sports food. - Brean Sands Netball Tournament - 23rd and 24th June 2012. Brean Sands, Pontins site in Burnham-on-Sea. The girls get to play lots of games and also have some free time to use the swimming pool and other facilities at the park. Both parents and girls are welcome to come along. Numbers of people who would be interested in going are required before January 2012. This request is due to the Club wishing to secure the accommodation it would like.
